21、回头看这堂课的教学,我觉得还有一些有待改进的地方：鼓励学生的语言少，对学生要求过于严厉；巩固单词这一环节游戏时间过长，导致巩固句子时间过短；课堂时间分配不够合理；教学环节设计的还是不够完善，不能灵活自如的衔接；上课过程中应尽量用全英，培养孩子的语感；开火车的游戏在英语课堂当中应该换成英语的说法，比如何凤老师在课堂中运用的snowball（滚雪球）。
